One of the core modalities I work with is Reiki; a practice rooted in the Usui Reiki Japanese tradition. Reiki means “universal life energy”. Channeling Qi It works directly with the body’s natural energy systems—particularly the chakras, or energy centres—to encourage healing and balance. As a practitioner, I serve as a clear channel for this energy, guiding it through your body.

Reiki is not just relaxation—it is energetic realignment. It helps clear stagnant or blockages in the body, balances the chakras, and reconnects you to your essential flow. Clients often express feeling lighter, more grounded, and emotionally renewed after a session.
